Kuaiya Accelerator Advanced Configuration Guide
One-click connect satisfies most users, but hardcore players can squeeze out a bit more latency with manual tuning. This guide is for those who want to get the most out of Kuaiya.
Advanced configuration starts with three concepts: protocol, split and routing. Understand them and you can tailor the best setup for each scenario.

Protocol Selection and Switching
Kuaiya supports WireGuard, IKEv2 and Shadowsocks. Choose WireGuard for speed, IKEv2 for compatibility, Shadowsocks for complex networks. Switch under Settings > Protocol.
Advanced Split Rules
Smart Split 2.0 handles most traffic automatically, but you can still customize rules — force a game domain through the tunnel or set a domestic app to direct.
| Scenario | Protocol | Split Tip |
|---|---|---|
| Overseas gaming | WireGuard | Game domain via tunnel |
| Cross-border work | IKEv2 | Default smart split |
| Special networks | Shadowsocks | Global acceleration |
Latency Tuning Tips
Fix low-latency nodes, lower the scheduling threshold, close background bandwidth hogs and prefer wired connections. Combined, these can shave another 10-20ms.
Advanced configuration trades a little learning for a more extreme experience.
