Registration, device limits, renewal and refund questions.

How do I register and subscribe?
  1. Open the Kuaiya client and click Register to enter the sign-up page.
  2. Register with your phone number or email and enter the verification code.
  3. Log in and go to Membership Center to browse monthly, quarterly and annual plans.
  4. Pick a plan and complete payment.
  5. Membership takes effect immediately after payment.
How many devices can one account use?
  1. A Kuaiya membership supports up to 5 devices online simultaneously.
  2. Log in with the same account on any device to share benefits without extra payment.
  3. Unbind unused devices in the device manager when exceeding the limit.
  4. Unbinding does not affect your existing data.
How do I cancel auto-renewal or request a refund?
  1. Log in to the official site and open Membership Center > Subscription.
  2. Turn off the auto-renewal toggle to stop future charges.
  3. Click Request Refund in the order details if needed.
  4. Fill in the reason and submit the request.
  5. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3-7 business days after approval.
