How do I download and install the Kuaiya client?
  1. Open the Kuaiya website and click the free download button to auto-detect your device and platform.
  2. Double-click the installer to complete setup: run the .exe on Windows or drag the app to Applications on macOS.
  3. Grant network permissions on first launch to establish the acceleration tunnel.
  4. Register with your phone number or email and complete the verification code.
  5. Log in and click one-click connect; the client auto-tests nodes and picks the optimal route.
  6. The status turns green once connected, showing latency and node details.
What if the installer shows unknown source or gets blocked?
  1. On Windows SmartScreen, click More info then Run anyway.
  2. On macOS, go to System Settings > Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway.
  3. On Android, enable Install unknown apps in Security settings.
  4. Add the installer to the allowlist of your antivirus if flagged.
  5. Re-run the installer to finish setup, then re-enable your antivirus.
What if the download is slow or fails?
  1. Try another browser or use a download manager.
  2. Check your network stability and restart the router.
  3. Clear browser cache and temporary files, then retry.
  4. Contact live support for an alternative download link.
