What if the network slows down after connecting?
  1. Click one-click connect to re-test all nodes and pick the optimal route.
  2. Manually switch to a lower-latency node, ideally under 50ms.
  3. Check local network congestion and restart the router or switch to 5GHz Wi-Fi.
  4. Change the protocol in settings: WireGuard for speed, IKEv2 for stability.
  5. Restart the client or device and close bandwidth-heavy background apps.
How do I switch nodes and routes?
  1. Open the Kuaiya client and click Node List.
  2. Filter nodes by region; Japan and Korea suit gaming, America and Europe suit streaming.
  3. Click a node to switch instantly without reconnecting.
  4. Watch the latency and packet-loss indicators and pick the lowest values.
Why can't I access some websites?
  1. Confirm the client is connected with a green status.
  2. Switch to nodes in other regions, as some sites restrict certain locations.
  3. Check whether the target site is down or under maintenance.
  4. Change the protocol and retry for better firewall traversal.
  5. Flush your local DNS cache and try again.
